How it works

Initial Injury

Let's say that you are jogging in the park when suddenly you misstep and roll your ankle. You are able to walk back to your car, but you are limping and your ankle starts to swell up.

Decision Time

You have had injuries before, but this injury seems worse than before. Do you go to the Emergency Room? Wait 2 weeks to see a doctor? Or tough if out with risk of further injury.

Schedule With Baseline!

Not to worry! Schedule an appointment right away. I can come straight to you, perform a comprehensive evaluation, then provide you with a treatment plan.

Already Seen The Doctor?

That's okay! Even if you went to see someone for an official diagnosis, I can help with the rehabilitation that comes after an injury. You'll have one on one sessions tailored to your injury and lifestyle.

What is an Athletic Trainer?

An Athletic Trainer is a certified and licensed health care professional who practices in the field of sports medicine.

Each state has their own definitions of scope of practice, but in general we provide a differential diagnosis for athletes. We do not give a definitive diagnosis (diagnosis given by a licensed physician) but are well versed in treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries.
